Hours: Monday – Friday 40 hours per week 8.30-5.30
Salary: £24,000 basic + Commission (after probation period).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling the company services to prospective clients both over the telephone and face to face, 360 Recruitment role
- Delivering a high-quality service and maintaining relationships.
- Attracting the very best Candidates and building a pool of mainstream and SEN schools across the Midlands.
- Sourcing and placing candidates in temporary or permanent positions.
- Screening Candidates suitability for work.
The Person
You will be a self-motivated, well organised excellent team player with a hunger for success and a drive to win business within very competitive markets. You will have an excellent telephone manner, have the ability to communicate at all levels and work well under pressure. Previous recruitment/ SEN / Customer Service experience advantageous.
